Complete the correct first steps before your evaluation so the process can move as smoothly as possible.
For FMCSA-regulated drivers
- Sign in to your FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse account.
- Designate Kristy King as your Substance Abuse Professional.
- After the designation is accepted, schedule your evaluation.
- Complete any intake materials sent with your confirmation.
- Attend your virtual or in-person appointment.
